This was the first book I've read from either of these authors and it definitely won't be my last!

There is something so incredibly beautiful about a broken man finding love, finding purpose, learning to live again. It gives you a little bit of hope for your own life.

This book reminds me of one of my favorite quotes. "Sometimes you have to get knocked down lower than you have ever been, to stand back up taller than you ever were." - Unknown

I absolutely love the passion and struggle. Even if I did nearly throw my Kindle across the room 2 or 15 times. All of the best books seem to make me feel this way.

I also cannot wait to dive into Hendrix's story! There is nothing like loving a book and discovering there are already three others in the series! #SecondaryCharactersMatter
