I don't know what to say. I need to sit and think for a bit. I'm torn with how the book ended and need to think about it before an official review comes. I will have one soon though.

Okay. So I've thought and thought about it. I don't know exactly how to say any of my opinions without spoilers. So I will be as honest as I can without giving too much away!

I cannot say enough how much I loved this story. It was a real nail biter. It was beautifully written, the characters were all amazing. Yep even the jerks, so well written. You can't help but hate the villains and love the heroes wholeheartedly. The only thing I didn't "love" was the ending. Hahaha, I wanted it to go in another direction. Now, that's not to say the ending was bad. I'm just throwing a tantrum because I wanted something else to happen! Hahaha! This story was/is EPIC!

Tonight, I, Stephanie, will be reviewing.. American Bad Boy by a sexy little lumberjack that goes by the name Eddie Fucking Cleveland.. (I seriously might buy my husband some suspenders and flannel and make him chop wood in the backyard while I sit and watch!)


You'll want to move this up your TBR. Mack & Lauren have known each other since they were kids. Now turned high school sweethearts. Lauren has their whole future mapped out to the tiniest detail, when Mack drops a bombshell on her plans, on prom night. A decade passes and tragic events lead these two back into each others arms with a shocking secret that takes Mack by complete surprise. Love, tragedy, healing, and forgiveness are all strong themes throughout this emotionally powerful story. 5 stars well deserved.
